Ac Compressor Doesnt Run

Hi For my 2002 525i, built 12/2001, my a/c compressor doesn't work. I've searched a lot of threads and can't find a similar set of circumstances which are as follows. Fuses are good, large ones at back of glove box also, ambient sensor good, proper freon charge, when I hot wire compressor clutch

600. When I press the A/C button on my 1999 Rav4, the green light comes on, but the compressor doesn't run . This happened all of a sudden, so I'm thinking it's not due to low pressure but instead an electrical issue. The 10amp A/C fuse inside passenger side door was ok but I switched it with another one just to make sure.
