Goodman Heat Pump Compressor Replacement

Hi, I've purchased a house built in 2008 that has a Goodman GSH-13 heat pump sitting right below my bedroom window. The low frequency noise from the unit easily cuts through the walls and windows. Up to now I've gotten by with earplugs, but I would really like to replace the heat pump with a quieter unit, if such a thing exists. Can anyone suggest a good unit that ...

They install a new core and then about a year later the accumulator leaked so a new one was installed. A couple of years later the compressor would not start so they installed a quot;hard startquot; capacitor.
