The MAIN point when checking compression is this,.. is the compression for each cylinder within appr. 10% of the others,.. Eg. cyl 1 -150psi, cyl 2-165psi cyl 3 -145psi etc, etc. The above spec 327psi allowable is just a monetary ploy, I myself do not recommend to customers that rebuilding their engine because of below spec is worth it.
