Essentially, "Given an array of keys, calculate some value for each and return an indexed object ". The above examples all seem be to doing this from an array of objects where the key is a property of that object . I think that distracts from the more common case of simply wanting an indexed object whose values are derived from some keys.

The problem with this solution is that it always returns an object , though it should return an array of objects when I pass in an array of arrays. Is there a way to do this with lodash and I'm not seeing it?
