Ndi Screen Converter

On specific PC installed NDI scan converter 3.6, which allow to switch between running windows applications. But Spark Plus doesn't detect this NDI as valid ( unsupported format and framerate). We can see this NDI using NDI studio monitor, Vmix, Tricaster Net1/2, OBS studio, but can't see using Connect Spark Plus.

NDI Scan Converter I've tried version 3.7, which is their latest. This is akin to screen scraping and sending everything over the network. And: it works. Mostly. The problem with it is: it costs me frame rate in-game. Sometimes severely. Like with Rainbow 6 Siege, for instance: 80FPS if not more!

NDI Scan Converter (Screen Capture) not working? I can not get Scan Converter or the newer Screen Capture to see any screens, even the desktop, on the local machine.
