Dash A/C clutch current draw. The current draw on the compressor clutch is over 20 amps DC. This seems high. The 25 amp circuit beaker trips, the wiring at the HP cutout is starting to smoke and the wire insulation is deforming. The compressor is a Tama and the only marking is S.A.E. J 639.
